Bougie Macaron & Tea is a unique online patisserie specialising in Parisian-style macarons and fine teas. It was founded by Frenchman Jean Nedelec, a trained chef and macaron obsessive who grew up spending every last centime of his pocket money as a child on macarons. His aim it to introduce this chic yet very traditional French confection to a wider UK audience. Bougie Macarons remain true to tradition while introducing exciting new flavours alongside the classics. They are made to Jean’s own recipe, learned at his grandmother’s knee and perfected over many years. His mission is to achieve the perfect macaron every time: a delicate, crisp exterior made from the finest almonds, eggs and organic cane sugar combined with luxurious, smooth ganache and flavoured with luxurious fruit, nuts, spices and flowers.
